No theme/Addon working

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I have uploaded theme, only one theme worked. Other themes are not showing. Also no addon are showing. Would like to have like button to comments but nothing is working good. Not sure how to do it.

    1. Make sure you have chosen the correct folder ("/addons", "/plugins", "themes")
    2. You need to unzip the files
    3. File permissions must be correct (the web user must be able to read the files)
    4. Delete /cache/addon.php, /cache/theme-index.php

    Maybe you should start with the last point (clearing cache)

    ok. now i am facing below issue.
