Unable to add tag from dashboard [RESOLVED]
Hi I am unable to add tag from dashboard. There is no error showing. Only popup window close after pressing save and nothing display in tag listing. Kindly Help

it is customary to share the solution, so others can solve the same problem.
grep is your friend.
sure, this was permission issue for conf folder, as well as i have to run composer install for autoload class.
