Welcome to the community.
Whatever your previous experiences may have been, on here, simply stating that you need a plugin is going to get you nowhere most of the time.
People on here are volunteers, offering support for self-hosted Vanilla.
If you want to try your hand at writing a plugin, there are users on here who are supportive of that, but I very much doubt anyone is going to write you a plugin for free.
