Maintenance Mode

Hello,
My vanilla forum is in maintenance mode. It gives the message: Forum temporarily down for maintenance. How can I get it out of this mode?
This happens when I have finished upgrading from version 2.5 to version 2.6. Has anyone experienced the same problem when upgrading?

There should be a link on the page that allows you to sign in to the dashboard.
Failing that, there should be an entry in conf.php. Manually delete that line.
