New to the Vanilla forums family!!

Firstly thank you for making this forum open source and allowing people like me to be able to create a community. I am very thankful and appreciative.

Installed 2.6.1 version....

Issue 1. I installed the multilingual locales in my cPanel as directed and it completely shut down my site. I had un-install the whole site then re-install.

Issue 2. With the first installation, Guests could view some of the categories, now with the new installation this does no longer function, even when I go to settings>categories> and allow Guest, applicants, and not confirmed users to view certain discussions and posts.

I am really afraid to install the multilingual locale now...

Any help or guidance is appreciated.
