Page Manager functionality for Account pages

What I'd like to do is create a "roster"-type page, but add that information to the current account page. What I'd like to do is add a few pieces of information to people's specific information that I can change, but that they can't. I see it being very similar to the Page Management function.

Any thoughts?

    My main fuss is, I'd create a page for each person, but after like 10 people, the tabs are just too crazy to include. Maybe instead, what I would need is to know whether or not I can just link the pages onto the sidepanel via the sidepanel extension, and somehow remove the actual tab creation?
