How do you increase length of discussion on one page?

I've got a discussion thread on my forum that allows people to list their services. However, now I've gotten so many entries that it has gone on to a second page. Unfortunately, when you go to the discussion it only shows the second page so all the people on the first page get ignored.
How would I make it so that the discussion doesn't go onto a second page?
Here's the page I'm talking about

Have you had a look at the Infinite Scroll plugin?
Thanks for the tip. I'll check it out.

other options would be:
for page one of an discussion you can add p1 to link.

add a link with p1 and put it in a pocket
or increase the number of comments per page in dashboard.
non-logged in users will always go to the first page of discussion unless of course you add letest to end of the link.>
Pragmatism is all I have to offer. Avoiding the sidelines and providing centerline pro-tips.
Thanks, that's a good suggestion too.
It's a normal behavior of Vanilla: the #latest tag at the end of an URL will show to the user all unread entries. If you were on the page before, and it got new entries, Vanilla will simply show you the new ones. So new users still see the discussion from start to the end.
