Page Not Found after migration

We had 2.3 version running since last many years without any issue. We have decided to upgrade it to the latest version. But, before doing that, we decided to migrate the current version from linux server to windows. The transition went smooth. when we check the Information page from the footer menu (Terms of Use, Private Policy, Community Rules etc) we are seeing an error message:
Page Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found.
Any suggestion will be much appreciated!

Do those links point to the correct places? They are not Vanilla standard so you have to look for the reason by inspecting a) why the links are there b) where they point to and c) where the targeted documents are
Thanks for your response. We were able to resolve the issue. Actually, due to missing permission on _web user, the dashboard was not saving the data. And hence, this mess up took place. Now, another issue of social login through facebook and twitter..
Login through facebook shows following error:
{
"error": {
"message": "Can't load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.",
"type": "OAuthException",
"code": 191,
"fbtrace_id": "HggYppkOb9Q"
}
}
(1) We have added both domain and subdomain in app's domain
(2) We have updated app id and key from forum's dashboard.
(3) Facebook folder is showing in plugins folder. But, in dashboard >> Plugin, it does not show the facebook plugin.. But, we can see it in social section. Is this behaviour ok?
Any help is much appreciated.
This discussion has some helpful hints:

Some Vanilla plugins are marked as "SocialConnect" which results in them not showing in the list of plugins, but under the social section in the dashboard.
That way they can be grouped elegantly without requiring to invent a new type of plugin or something like that.
