Advanced Editor not working after upgrade

Hi,

I just upgrade from 2.5.1 to 2.6.4 and my discussion editor stopped working.

New discussion form

Commenting form

What I have tried:

  1. Re-enable the plugin
  2. Delete cache
  3. Change the plugin configuration to bbcode to text and from text to bbcode, etc
  4. Check if the CSS and JS file was loading, and they are

Button Bar plugin is working.

Any ideas? Thanks!

    Try if it is working with the default theme to track down the real problem
