404 errors on .map files (js and css)

ok so i switched back from nginx to Apache and all seems workin fine now, however in the console i get several 404 errors:
i set up permissions like explained in this thread: https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/kb/install-vanilla-forum-in-centos-server-via-command-line/
also tried this with fresh browser, cleared the cache folder .. everything seems to work ok but on all pages i get these 404 errors. Not sure if this is critical and needs to be adressed. I can't find any .map files in my install folder, not in those locations nor anywhere else.
I'm also wondering if i need to put
$Configuration['Garden']['RewriteUrls'] = true;
into config.php or not ? was this only for previous versions or is this still required ?
