Changes between basic and pro

I've developed a custom theme on the free version of this. I would like a mobile version but am curious if I would have to re-make the changes after I got pro?

Do you have a list of changes from free to pro? Is it JUST the mobile version?

Just bought CloudyPro thinking that it would have theme options in the dashboard. Should there be theme options in the dashboard?
