Best tasting toothpaste?

I'm sick of my toothpaste, and ready to switch to something better. Anyone got anything they really like?

Requirement: it has to, you know, actually clean teeth, so none of that organic "i don't have fluoride or fight cavities" crap.

    I really love Aquafresh. I also use Listerine every night religiously. In fact, I can't really get to sleep if I forget or run out of mouthwash of some kind.

    I use colgate and it doesnt taste particularly bad. You're not meant to eat it though you know? I do know what you mean though, some stuff does leave a funny aftertaste.

    I hate the taste of "whitening" toothpastes, especially this one I tried from Colgate. It tasted bad right away, and it only got worse after you finished brushing. I'm telling you though, mouthwash makes it all better :)

    I find minty toothpaste is too strong and can't stand the stuff. Funny I love to eat the hottest mexican food I can find.

    Crest has a bunch of new flavors, I like their orange and lemon, and they even have vanilla!

    I remember a bubble gum toothpaste from my childhood... would probably make me puke if I tried it today.

    Yum... vanilla sounds nice! But honestly is something like toothpaste even suppose to be liked?! It reminds me of sprout flavoured ice cream I had once.

    as they say, every toothpaste does the job as far as it contains flouride. visit tentist for whitening. /mom off

    I am a Mentadent user. My wife recently got Crest Vivid White "Night" toothpaste, which is super minty, but it is a nice clean minty.

    I also use Listerine. I prefer the cool mint stuff. Flavored toothpaste, other than a refreshing mint, just doesn't sound/taste right. I mean, orange flavored toothpaste? Come on.

    You didn't mention which one you are currently using..

    I use and like Crest Extra Whitening Clean Mint. Tastes good.

    I can't believe I'm taking part in this discussion, however...

    The Aboriginals in the Aussie outback chew charcoal from their campfire to keep their teeth in good shape.

    If you've ever seen their teeth you'd be amazed at how bright and clean they are. We're talking real outback people here not the lazy city lot like us.

    I like Crest too! I've tried a ton of others, and Crest seems to fit me the best.

    I use Aquafresh as well... The clean whitening version.. but I doubt it works, it just tastes good :)

    New, Charcoal flavor from Crest! Instead of dentists endorsing it, they'll get some aboriginals. That would be a very funny commercial.

    I use Colgate Total, because it's the only one I've seen that has TWO! active ingredients. Not that I have any clue what the second one does.
