The function is available, it works but do not have a options page in dashboard

Thanks! This option is only visible when using the old (+Baseline) default theme as a base.

Since 2.8, the default theme (keystone) is no longer the base of all themes, so I am kind of waiting for proper parent/child theme support, which would make this feature more useful again.
