Problems after site Migration - Version 2.6.4

After server/provider migration, severall Administration pages are not working.
Someone could give me a hand on how to find the root cause ?
public site is working fine and the "only" problem is the administrative pages.
The list below shows the pages that are working and the ones that are not.
Any help would be very appreciated !!!

In the upgrade notes is a file mentioned that you have to delete. Search here for "settingscontroller" to find relevant info
@R_J , thank you for the tip. I was not able to find the required file to be deleted (*it was not there*) so, as my installation was outdated, I updated the installation to the new 2.8 versio. It is now working like a charm.
