Date is wrongly displayed

All dates look weird like if they contained non-unicode characters. For example "20 Мар" being "20 ���".

However I don't know if this is issue with Vanilla Forums themselves. 🤷‍♂️

Товарищи, что с датами? Они криво отображаются. 🤔

Just guessing, but check if anything changes if you add this to your conf/config.php:

$Configuration['Garden']['LocaleCodeset'] = 'UTF-8';

Some systems may need the dash.

Unfortunately `LocaleCodeset` doesn't come in handy, but thanks. Tt looks like some sort of internal error with PHP on my local server. But if somebody encounters it in production, well, bad luck.
