YAGA ranks for user and their permissions

By default in Yaga a 5 total levels of rank progression. From 1 to 5.
When user points enough to progress the next level, there is perks granted.
For example - for 5th level perks:

My questions is - where to find all possible perks list for Yaga? Do all the plugins supporting this yaga perks?
When the level gained by user - is this perks writing to User table (permissions field)? If not, then to where?
I'm most looking for perks - reactions access, allow signature edit, and permission to vote.
