Quicktags 0.5 : may be an issue & may be not

Hello The problem is that you cannot use the Quicktags extension until you are logged in .. I mean ... the buttons are absent in the form that Add Comments add to each discussion... what do you think? Is this an issue with Add Comments 1 from Mark or is it the Quicktags 0.5 from 3stripe?

    It's probably something I need to fix... I'm a bit busy at the moment to look at it though

    is it possible to make quicktqgs seen only by those who have permission ? I never understood how if a usergroup does not have permission for html, etc they can still see the html option and the quicktags
