Body section of New Discussion disspearing

I have a fresh install of version 2.8.1 and when I click on "New Discussion" The new post window opens but the Body section of the posting disappears / collapses.
Debug Trace
InfoCould not find file 'custom_coral.css' in folder ''.

Welcome to the community.
Can you try to change the theme and see if the issue persists? It looks you are missing a file.
I had already tried that with no effect...but I did go back and try it again. Stil la no go.
custom_coral.css is in the theme>keystone directory and I confirmed the file is actually there.
