Problem with Rich Editor

Hello,

I'm having problems using the Rich Editor on my website. My site is configured in this way:

Wordpress in the root of the site

VanillaForums in a folder called forum

Both CMS rely on the same database (my host offers 1. Wordpress has tables starting with blog_, Vanilla uses the default names)

In the root there is the wordpress and host .htaccess file (for php7 and Anti-theft of the band). In the forum folder I have instead inserted the .htaccess file provided by you, modifying the following part:

 ####

 # Certain hosts may require the following line.

# Certain hosts may require the following line.

  # If vanilla is in a subfolder then you need to specify it after the /.

  # (ex. You put Vanilla in /forum so change the next line to: RewriteBase /forum)

  ####

  #RewriteBase /forum

now, it happens that the editor in question is either not loaded or loaded but disappears after a few seconds

I am attaching a screenshot of the modified .htaccess file:
