Where would I find a Vanilla theme developer?
I've got this forum which I've been running myself. I've kept it up to data Vanilla 2.8.1 and I have an active community. Unfortunately, I have not developed skills to create a theme and make something that looks nice for mobile. My brother created the current theme and he's not available to do an update.
Anyone know where I might find someone I could pay to help?

It might help if you could give an idea of what sort of changes you are looking to make.
Do you have a development site where you can test out changes?
Have you looked at the Keystone theme that ships with 2.8 (fully responsive)?
