Page width problem, or something different?

So I want to make page to be something like on vanilla forum, but when I change width, content just go over panel. If I change content width, content go under panel. What should I change ? I researched forum but couldn't find anything to help

That look like the Bootstrap theme.
The theme used on Vanilla OSS Forum is the new 2.8 default theme - Keystone.
This is bittersweet, but I have same problem with keystone, 2.8.1
Problem resolved, and problem was in my brain. I have 2 vanilla install and I was editing wrong css. But I still can't find why plugins not show at all in dashboard, so if anyone else have this problem, don't hesitate to tell me :)
