Someone could explain me the difference between "not confirmed" status and "not verified" status?

Not confirmed / Confirmed : Profile mail is not confirmed / profile mail confirmed.
Not verified / Verified: Spam settings apply to profile / profile pass spam check.

But, how to let all confirmed member to be also verified?
Or how to remove spam settings from that users?
If you want all verified (I advice against doing so) why not just change your spam settings.
If you want select users to be able to bypass spam setting then you click Verified on them.
