Embed in html

Alright, now my question is how do you embed one of the php pages into an html page? For instance: I want the sign in page (people.php) to be embedded into a page that I have written the html for... Is there an easy way for someone who doesn't know anything about php to do that?

That was very helpful, thanks. Now here is my issue. I'm using textpattern for a site for my students. I would like to add the login panel into an article on the blog. Is that possible to do?

The site is: http://math.zollinhofer.com and I would probably create a sticky article at first and put the login panel at the top. How can I go about doing that?
