Using general-purpose comment embedding to add a link to the forum

Hey!
We're using Vanilla Embed for comments on our blog. The embedding itself works fine.
When people click on the "Comments" link in the post overview, we want them to be redirected to the forum discussion instead of the blog post. Is there a built-in embed endpoint to essentially "get link to discussion for vanilla-identifier=..."?
