New Discussion "Body" Box Does Not Show

Hi,

While testing my Vanilla 3.0.2 version I get can't get to write in the body because the

box doesn't appear. Please see snapshot.

Note that when I first click on the New Discussion link, the "body" box appear but disappear right after.

You need to have pretty urls enabled.
