Is it just me or does the eye-tooltip to preview the image not work? (It doesn't display at all)

Hi everyone, this seems like a great plugin and I have mostly gotten it to work as desired.

I see in the description and in the screenshots, however, that there is a little eye symbol that I presume acts as a tooltip to enlarge the image whilst staying on the discussions page? It simply isn't showing up for me.

I have tried changing my themes and disabling all plugins.

I am using the newest version of Vanilla at 3.0 ---- is the plugin working for everyone else on 3.0?

    Just an update, I'm now using Vanilla 3.1 and still not the eye-symbol tooltip.... if this works for anyone else, I'd be interested to hear.

    As far as I understand it, that show display a preview of the discussions text.
