Hi, i want to ask, How to translate VanillaForums 3.1 without Transifex

I just want to take an English original text file (I don't know where to find it since version 3.1) and translate it.

  1. Where is original VanillaForums 3.1 english pack (in which folder)
  2. In what program i cant translate (maybe Notepad++ or poedit) ?
