Hi, i want to ask, How to translate VanillaForums 3.1 without Transifex
I just want to take an English original text file (I don't know where to find it since version 3.1) and translate it.

- Where is original VanillaForums 3.1 english pack (in which folder)
- In what program i cant translate (maybe Notepad++ or poedit) ?
