How can i remove index.php on my Urls

Am non tech guy i have my site https://www.byforums.comthe only problem i have right now is about url it open with index.php for example when i check my sitemap it open https://www.byforums.com/index.php?p=/sitemapindex.So i want to know what can i do to remove that from begin.
