Is multi step form possible?

The requirement is...

Step 1. There will be a form that will be used to request and receive data from another server.

Step 2. There will be a form that will allow the selection of data from the response.

Step 3. The selection of data from step 2 will populate the form fields in this form.

I can't understand what you want to do, but you could create a new page where to put this form I think, then embed there all the code needed to make it work properly

To me this sounds like pretty basic Web developer requirements and not like a vanilla question
