Page does not refresh

Modifying configurations (Dashboard, Setting, Moderation), creating categories, discussions etc.. does not refresh the result page, I need to manually click the browser refresh button to see the changes.

I am using vanilla 3.1 (fresh install), is this a server issue or I just need to add some configuration in config.php?
