Invitation Target setting?

New user.

Installed on a new site today and am trying to configure settings. My forum is for invited family members only, so I want to change the settings so people can only be added by email invite from a current member.

I'm using 3.2. When I choose Settings | Membership | Registration | Invitation, a field appears asking for the "invitation target."

What is that? What am I supposed to do with this field? I can't find any documentation on it anywhere, except that it appears it was a new feature added in 3.1.

Where you want invited users to land after registration ? Like a Welcome/introductionpost.

I'm guessing, I have not used or tested the invite feature.

It shows:

Invite Target    https:/exampleforum.com/  [Empty Field]
