Base URL only covers half the site,

I am not sure if there are two virables being used but when I was changing my folder from boards to forums (more obvious) after I edited my webpath and changed a folder only about half the links worked. Anyways can you point me to what needs to be changed, thanks.

the page manager extension may help you with the top bar links ie discussions, categories, search, accounts, etc
