Is there any way to pin a category at the top ? [RESOLVED]

Hi i was looking fora way to pin a category at the top. How can i do that?

Or at least is there any other way to sort categories when i create them ? Even if i drag the desired category at the top, it is sorted automatically alphabetical.

Over here, it seems to strictly obey the order in categories admin page

A "Flat" directory is auto sorted, did you by any chance set it to display as such?

Thanks @Kaspar i changed categories from flat to nested and this did the trick.
