Import option missing

Hello, just installed version 3.2 and uploaded the porter file to the uploads folder.

The docs say an import option should show up in the dashboard but there is nothing except a user list and empty news.

Filename is: export_db25008_11_2019-10-04_153852.txt.gz

debug log mentions that file_get_contents is not working because of disabled allow_url_fopen option.

Does the importer load the file via url and not via local path?

Please add the following line to the end of the /conf/config.php file to see the import option: $Configuration['Feature']['Import']['Enabled'] = true;

Hint: in the documentation it says option is in dashboard, this could be more specific: dashboard -> settings -> forum data -> import

Hello , Thank you I got the Import option. Enabled it.

But when I tried to upload this Export File and Import it, I got the attached screens with error.

Need Help.
