Cheap ASP Hosting?

My friend needs some literally just to host his dissertation, which in total isn't going to be any larger than 20mb, and obviously have barely no bandwidth since it won't be viewable by the public. Cheap as possible please, but able to support Access databases and possibly SQL too. Thanks!

    Hey blizeH

    I just switched to Dotable.com (http://dotable.com/showthread.php?t=674) to host my business accounts (I'm a reseller). So far, I've been impressed by the customer service, and the community - as they have an open-forum policy and the servers are top-class. The owners of dotable started HTTPme (later sold it), and then started their own again on the same model. Anyhow - that's my $0.02.

    Oh yeah, if uptime and price isn't really an issue, go get a GoDaddy account. I re-sell those at http://www.ultrasever.net, and we offer MS Access + Windows accounts.
