how many addons do you see in Vaniall 3.x ?

Not sure if I have fully functional version on my hosting. After I install Vanilla 3.2.1 it show me only 25 Addons. Is it all Addons that Vanilla has?
I am asking because I saw a video on youtube with dozens on Addons...
Is this something wrong with my installation?

The number you named sounds good to me. It were always plus minus 25 that came with the installation.
