Doens't work anymore!
Am I missing something as ReplyTo looks a very important and frequently needed plugin. This one is outdated and I can't find another plugin which allows users to reply to comment or nested replies.
I was trying to use vanilla for a stackoverflow like QnA site, and in QnA didn't have upvote/downvote points either. I feel sad because I really loved Vanilla and ecosystem, please tell me that I am missing looking for a 'ReplyTo' and 'Upvote/downvote' plugin!

Not sure what that plugin exactly is doing. But you might try this one plugin of mine if it does something similar
