Embedding on a localhost

Hey,
I am trying to embed my Vanilla Forum in a html file that will be launched by the user on there own computer. But when I try to do that its not working. I embedded it on a other hosted website and add it to trusted domains and it embedding worked.
Is there any way to maybe add localhost to the trusted domains? Or a way to disable the trusted domains altogether?
I am running Vanilla 3.3
