Same Title

I have noticed that the software uses the same title (the one set in the dahboard) for /discussions as it does for /categories, which must be confusing for search engines.
I use /discussions as the home page so the generic title is fine but I would like to change the title on /categories so it has categories before or after the generic title but can't figure out how to do it. I have tried the various meta tag plugins but they don't help with this issue.

I managed to fix this using this plugin
Setup is a bit confusing but I got there in the end.
Could you please try testing if you can deleting Discussions? There has been a problem with that plugin in the past.
I can delete discussions ok with the plugin enabled, thankfully because I don't think there is another that can do the above task.
