Software licencing..

edited September 2006 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
So I'm just about to licence a server for a client of mine and I'm a bit lost. Let me explain.
Currently we have a server 2000 licence with 10CALS (for 8 clients). I'm upgrading them to server 2003 SBS premium.

I think, and I'm really hoping someone can confirm this, as a system provider (I'm selling them a new server too) it's fine to use an OEM licence. It's also alright to use a version upgrade licence as we had server 2000 before hand. Therefore the cheapest way would be to use an OEM version upgrade server 2003 SBS premium licence...correct?

Now, all the ones I've found are software+5cal. Therefore we need another 5cal pack. Can i use a server 2003 5cal pack or does it need to be a server 2003 SBS premium 5cal pack?
