Mobile Theme CSS

Hi, I'm using the mobile theme Keystone and I was just trying to make some simple changes to the CSS (colors mostly).
I came across a set of instructions for editing the CSS for an older version of Vanilla but the instructions do not apply for this version as far as I can tell. The instructions are more or less:

Copy whatever you're using as a base the a new folder in `/themes' ... ex: '/themes/your_theme_name'.
Open the '/themes/your_theme_name/about.php' file and edit the information to reflect your theme's information.
Create a 'custom.css' file in the design folder of your custom theme.
Go to your Dashboard > Themes, and apply your new theme.
"
I do not see an about.php file in my directory. Does anyone know how to edit the CSS for themes in the newest version of Vanilla?

The about.php has been replaced with the addon.json file.
