Performance issues with drafts

Hello,
Our Vanilla instance (https://forum.pluxml.org) suffers from performance issues with drafts. When a draft is created the page freeze. The longer the message, the longer is the freeze. It's even worse with Rich Editor. That wy we disabled it. The freeze issue is still there but it is bearable now. Alse I tried to enable the "Advanced Editor" but I had this error : "Data truncated for column 'Plugins.Attachments.Upload.Allow' at row 1"
I think the problem is in my side (server stack, Vanilla configuration, ...), because it's work here, but I need some help to investigate, please ( Debian 10 buster, Nginx 1.14.2, Php 7.3, Vanilla 3.3).
In addition we have multiples warnings in the navigator console :
