I asked two questions but not one replies?

Seems like your superpower is impatience.

The three mentioned people above will most probably tell you (more politly than I can) that this is the

Community-based support for open source Vanilla forum owners, developers, and theme creators.

They surely give support if needed but not for all Vanilla open source related questions. Those questions should be answered by the community if possible. This community is full of kind volunteers, but since they are volunteers, they do not offer a 24/7 support.

But just take a cup of coffe or two and I will have answered both questions (though I'm not able to solve those problems)
