Error while installing Vanilla 3.3

After uploading Vanilla files on my server, i get error:
Fatal Error in Twig\Loader\FilesystemLoader.findTemplate();
Unable to find template "libraryVanillaWebAssetAssetPreloadModel.twig" (looked into: ).
Any idea what to do with it? Thanks for help!

apt install php7.4-xml php7.4-intl
Or whatever verstion of php you have...
Maybe it'll help you who knows
I use shared hosting currently, with php7.4.

One more info - it works with 3.1. I can't use 3.2 and 3.3.
