#Active Users not showing up?

in Vanilla 3.x Help

Hi, I've noticed in the last two days our #active users in the dashboard shows up as '1' per day, which cannot be true, especially that I've chatted to at least 10-15 unique users online myself.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!! B
