Importing Database stuck at "Authenticate Admin User"

Hey guys, sorry to bother you with this but I've googled my butt off and just can't find the solution.

I've been trying to change my forums over from Xenforo to Vanilla and all went well with exporting and installing and all that but when I try to import my database I keep getting stuck here:

Which refuses to move forward when I enter my email (I'm the sole admin of the previous version and this new one) or any email that could possibly be associated with the account.

Did something get messed up in the export proccess? I see from searching that others have had this problem long in the past but no solutions have been posted.
