Is there any security "checklist" I should do after install? Like checking folder permissions?

Installed the latest version of Vanilla and everything seems good. Set up some anti-spam stuff but was wondering if there is any checklist or anything I should do to make sure it's all secure.

After install, are all the file and folder permissions what they should be? Do I need to set anything on my server specific to make vanilla secure?
