Your screenshot looks as if you haven't installed vanilla. The first thing you have to do is to set up a" blank" vanilla forum. Only after your have completed vanillas set up process, you can go to the dashboard and start the import process

  • Hello , Thank you I got the Import option. Enabled it.

But when I tried to upload this Export File and Import it, I got the attached screens with error.

    Need Help.

It's hard to tell what the exact problem is. It might be that the only problem is that something has timed out. If you have set up a new Vanilla forum and you can access it as the admin (the user which has been created during the setup process) you should be able to start the import. There is no better advise I can give you than to log in to your clean Vanilla forum and to try again. That's no clever advise, therefore I simply said nothing, sorry...

  • what version of php have you?

also in error_log what type of error is there?

  • See the importing db from PHPBB-3X to Vanila . Unable to export DB properly.

    See the attached

this is process is going on since 24hours.

Else setup a fresh forum and check how that row is defined in a fresh database.

  • Unable to fix this ?

Any proper help from your team ?

    Thanks.
