Unable to add images.

Hi all.

I have a fresh installation of 3.3. I am unable to upload images to my forum.

Entering an image URL produced the error "request failed with status code 404".

The ImgurUpload and UploadImage plugins do not work.

Any advice is appreciated.

Is your uploads folder writeable on the server?
