Which reCAPTCHA?

Hi. I’m attempting to initiate the Basic registration system on my forum, but I’m confused by the reCAPTCHA stuff. I am receiving the message “ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type” . I am using Vanilla v3.3. 

Should I register for the v2 or v3 of reCAPTCHA?

 I have copied the Site and Secret Keys from the reCAPTCHA site to the Vanilla “User Registration Settings” form and saved it. Is there more I should do?
